Douglass Academy offers a Comprehensive Student Supports Program, staffed to meet the unique needs of our diverse student population. Through our two-teacher instructional model, students receive targeted Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports within the general education classroom. Additional small-group and individualized interventions are provided for students who may enter below grade level or face academic challenges. Our dedicated team of stakeholders works collaboratively to design individualized support plans that ensure each student receives the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to thrive. Upon graduation, Douglass Academy students are equipped with the academic skills, social competencies, and confidence necessary to become productive and responsible citizens.
